Terms of use
These terms cover how Gustry material may be used inside your business, how purchases are delivered, and what happens if something goes wrong with a file.
How you may use the documents
Free templates and purchased systems are licensed to you for use inside your own business. Edit them, add your branding and roll them out to your team. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense or republish them as templates, in whole or in part.
Purchases and delivery
Every system is a one-time purchase. Payments are securely processed by Stripe, which acts as merchant of record and handles the payment, billing details and receipt. After payment you are returned to a confirmation page where your purchase is verified and your download is released immediately through a short-lived private link. Reopening that page issues a fresh link whenever you need the files again.
Refunds
Because files are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, purchases are generally final and non-refundable once the download has been made available. If a download fails, a file is corrupted or you received the wrong system, email us and we will fix the delivery or refund the purchase. Nothing here removes rights you may have under consumer law in your country, and where such law gives you a right to cancel or be refunded, that law applies.
No guarantee of results
The material is provided as is. Gustry does not warrant that it will suit every business or produce any particular outcome, and is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the business changes. The version published here at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
